Agreement
By installing or using Rhythm, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.
What Rhythm is
Rhythm is a Mac app that lives at the top of your screen. It shows what your coding agents are doing and lets you dictate on your Mac. It also includes Clips, a shared Team Board, and team voice and screen sharing.
Who owns Rhythm
Rhythm is proprietary software. Copyright © 2026 Thaqif Kamarul. All rights reserved.
You may install the copy you were given and use it on your own Macs. You may not copy, share, sell, modify or reverse engineer it, or use its code or artwork elsewhere, without written permission. Some parts are third-party software under their own licences, which are listed in the notices file that comes with Rhythm. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.
What Rhythm changes on your Mac
With your consent, Rhythm adds hooks to the settings of Claude Code and, if you turn it on, Codex. It can type or paste your dictated text into other apps and terminals, pass your answers to an agent’s permission requests, and rename a git branch when you ask it to.
Rhythm itself doesn’t edit your project files, but the agents you run do. You are responsible for what you approve and for what those agents do.
Dictation can be wrong
Speech recognition makes mistakes. Check what was typed before you rely on it, especially before you send it to an agent or a teammate.
Your other accounts
Rhythm works alongside services you use yourself, such as Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, GitHub and Tailscale. You need your own accounts for them, and their terms apply to how you use them. Rhythm reads your usage from those services using your existing sign-ins, as described in the privacy policy. Those companies don’t endorse Rhythm, and their names belong to them.
Your team
You are responsible for what you put on a Team Board or share in voice and on screen, and for who you give a lobby code to. Teammates keep their own copy of a board. Don’t use Rhythm to break the law, to harm anyone, or to share something you have no right to share.
Updates
Rhythm checks for updates and installs them automatically, so features may change or be removed.
No warranty
Rhythm is provided “as is”, without any warranty, to the fullest extent the law allows. It may have bugs, stop working, or lose data. Keep your own backups of anything that matters.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the author of Rhythm is not liable for any damages arising from your use of it, including lost data, lost work, or anything an agent does. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law says cannot be removed.
Stopping
You can stop at any time by deleting Rhythm. Your right to use it ends if you break these terms.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top will show when they did, and using Rhythm after a change means you accept it.
